A Seasonable Reminder

“Gradually it was disclosed to me that the line separating good and evil passes not through states, nor between classes, nor between political parties either—but right through every human heart—and then all human hearts… And even within hearts overwhelmed by evil, one small bridgehead of good is retained. And even in the best of all hearts, there remains… an unuprooted small corner of evil.”
-Alexander Solzhenitsyn, The Gulag Archipelago

Cam, on an unrelated topic - as I watched a taped version of the Oscars mid last week (since the live version wasn’t broadcast in Qatar), I was pleasantly surprised to see the song ‘Falling Slowly’ from ‘Once’ won best original song, not to mention the live performance was extremely emotion… looks like your recommendation last year was spot on.

Good to hear from you, Brandon! I don’t much care for the Oscars these days, but I was happy to see they won and we’re able to perform. Certainly a breath of fresh air. Hope all is well with you, my friend!
